    What is the best "method" & tools to buff Aluminum to a Mirror finish?

    get somebody else to do it .

    A buffing wheel, buffing compound and a buffer that will spin the wheel really fast.

    The more heat you create, the shinier it will be.

    ... and some really fine grit sand paper to get your surface smooth. I think Bob Jones did all of his polishing, not sure though.

    Send it to an electro-polisher, it will look like chrome.

    I can't find who I've used befor at the moment but Augie has the name and phone number.
