    '99 Concours

I had been looking at "Connies" for a couple of years when I found this one. I wanted something that was a good two-up bike for The Mrs. and I ,but still would get up and run when I felt like it. (I keep telling myself I'm not old enough for a GoldWing yet). I saw this one day when we were living in New England and had it home in 24 hours. Very happy with it after four years and its still my commuter.

Pros: Good power/good power band for a bike of over 600+ pounds. Great two-up bike.

Cons: Needs handlebar risers....wrist cramp on throttle side

00 Hayabusa.....fastest production bike in the world...gotta have one.
00 BMW K1200LT, comfy, great for 2 up riding, keeps the Mrs happy...need I say more?
95 CBR600 F3, bought it for the wife, she never rides it so I have to. lol
05 CBR1000RR, loved the new look in 04/05. When one came up cheap I grabbed it.
07 R6......same as above, liked the look of it....love that blue!
81 Honda scooters, great pit bikes at the races. Classic look.

98 TL track bike...Not many other people run TL's at the track. I wanted something different. I don't care if I am not the fastest one out there.

I have others too but this is the main fleet.

Actually there is no rhyme or reason, I just want one of everything.....or 2

I was looking to upgrade and was set on a 750. Found a classified ad for a 1K. The bike was at Michael's Cadillac. Went up to Fresno to look at it on a whim. The thing was immaculate and only had 1,005 miles on it. Scored a price I couldn't turn down.

Pros: This bike has it all; power, handling, stability, confidence inspiring, looks cool, abundant mods available.

Cons: It's a Suzuki, everyone has one, too much power for the track.

If I could find a home for it I'd ditch it for a 600 or 750.

ill trade u sence we both pretty much have the same aftermarket parts

    Because Larry rides one.

The sport touring market provides the best of everything.
Powerful and agile enough to have serious fun in the twisties when I'm in the mood.
Comfort and fuel capacity for the long haul.
Decent aftermarket selection to customize the bike for my needs.
Room to carry my stuff. Amazing how much stuff you can find to carry.
    Good two-up riding comfort.

I got this bike because it doesn't do anything perfect, but it does everything well. Right now I have it set up for street but in a couple hours I can have it set up for dessert runs or trail riding. It's a great all around bike and I can still keep up with most of the faster liter bikes in the really tight hair pin stuff.

and the fact that I got it for less than most other bikers got invested in their bikes makes me

Easy, as I've owned both Yamahas and Hondas, and one other.

Yamaha's always stood up to whatever. Never had a recall.

BMW R1150RT - great commuting bike, easy to work on. Good riding position, heated grips, seat, lots of carrying capability. I can just sit back and take it easy or take it up to the hills and hit the twisties with the sportbikes.

Yamaha RZ350 - I love the japanese 2 stroke street bikes, aint nuthing like the quick pull of a 2 stroke, plus they sound and smell cool

    Pros:
I'm not a small guy so sitting on a 600 for any length of time was NEVER gonna do it for me. Much more comfort for the wifey when going on rides.

    Oh ya....IT'S A BUSA...do I need to say anymore...lol.

    Cons:
None as far as i'm concerned, it does everything I need it to do...
