Looks like Tennessee has officially banned wheelies.

I think in most places it just falls under the category of reckless driving, but was not overtly illegal.

i was at the gp in laguna seca.
a friend from back east and i took our ysr50's
we rode em all over there as pitbikes.
    he did a wheelie.
and proceded to get a ticket for
    (exhabitition of horsepower)

    on a ysr50.
after i knew he was not busting me.
i gave the cop crap for busting a 47yr old man on a little 50cc streetbike.
i told him my toaster has more horsepower...

needless to say my friend blew it off and is now .. i assume..
a rebel on a ysr50 fuguitive from monterey.
    for pulling 4 inch wheelies...
    anyways thought like the story..
    Peace. Hippylong

the races at monterey are the coolest
    the sheriffs were not...
it's cool you can ride up almost anyday and look at the track.
i went up (on the wrong weekend)
    for a gp.
and rode my bike up to the corkscrew and watched testing..
