    Default RIP MadKaw

It is with great sadness that I have to report that Jan was involved in an aircraft crash this past weekend and he did not survive.
I've known Jan since the 80's and worked with him for years at the airlines, truly a class act of a man, he will be missed, please say a prayer for Jan and his family.

Sure going to miss shooting the bull & riding with this super guy. Jan always had good things to say and was very supportive.

Dang, this makes me sad. He was one of the first riders I met and rode with through this forum when I started riding again. He will be missed.

Jan was the person who introduced me to this site. My office was near his house. That was probably a dozen years ago. Ever since then, every time I see a two stroke motorcycle on the street I figure it must be him.
