I think it certain that had there not been video and audio recording of the incident, the deputies would be lying about what happened to cover their a$$e$to this day.

Shame, shame, shame! I hope he sues the bejesus out of SLO County, AND WINS!

Ownership of firearms (nor the discharge) did not cause this violation of the citizens constitutional rights!

The police made a decision, and chose to disregard the law and violate his rights.

It's amazing how at all levels, from deputy to detective, and from begining to end, there was concerted effort to manipulate and pervert the law in order to get this guy.

Do you think something like this couldn't happen to you because you don't own a firearm?

There's unjustice every where I agree gone and going trough some but it doesn't involve a firearm I'm just not into them IMO
