any one know how to tune a power commander for better fuel mileage?

easy! Just lean it out till the headers turn bright orange and the this is where you will get your best mileage.

hold down all three buttons on the face of the unit while you start the bike to put it in manuel mode. then press the rpm range you want and hold it down to lean it out by making the green light go lower on the scale.
