We have just sealed the deal with Dunlop Tires for 2009. Ti2TT will now be providing Dunlop tire service to our customers at all Ti2TT events. We are very excited to be sponsored by Dunlop now as they have the ama spec tire which we can't wait to use on the track.

We are currently working on a new website that will allow you to preorder your tires along with your track day order. For now you can just call in your order if you are wanting a specific tire.

We are also asking, any specific/special size tire that may not be a normal stock for a track day, that you preorder from us at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure we will have it there for you.

Thanks again to Dunlop as we look forward to a great 09 season on their tires!

I've had good luck with Dunlop tires, they're on the track bike now.
They wear a little quick but the are predictable and stickey.

Saying 1 day is being nice, I think you only did like 4 or 5 sessions on it and it was completely baked. Provided, big willow is brutal on tires, especially the right side of the tire, but that was just a "bad" tire. I was shocked when the pirelli guy stood there and told you that he didn't know what compound it was, but it was suppose to be a medium but he wasn't real sure, my guess is that it was a soft compound. I also was not impressed with him when he didn't offer a voucher to replace the tire or at least offer you a couple take offs he had there laying around that were in descent shape.
I have nothing against pirelli's but once you try the 211's or the Ntech slicks you will be hooked with Dunlop.

I met w/the Dunlop guy at an event w/Let's Ride and they were giving pretty damn good deals. The guy (I think his name is Jesse) is based out of Paso Robles.

And Bryan....now I remember meeting you. I was w/Derik at WSIR (november 23)....you got hosed on the Pirelli...that sucks.

You guys are crazy - The Dunlop's are out of Paso (Sport Tire Services). As Dunlop is the official tire of what may be AMA this year they should have lots of take-offs. I may have to make the switch as everyone says the are the way.

Take off's are the way to go, I have never bought a new set of tires but have gotten $100 a set takeoff slicks with only 8laps on them, good deal right there. Oh they were of Yates jordan suzuki, so they even made me feel faster..LOL
