Ok boys and girls, its Laguna Time :D This one will fill up fast, the 11th is a holiday so it will most likely fill first. Standard A B C group format. Camping is available but that also is limited and goes quick. They paved the track for MotoGP again this year and it is perfect. Laguna Seca limits the track to 35 riders on track at a time, so groups are small. We will have some pros in the A group so it will be fun. Don't miss this one.

Camping is getting full, PM for more details. There are a few folks that always share sites. You just have to decide if you are into Sex, Drugs, or Rock and roll, to determine which site to stay in :pound: JK

A friend on another forum submitted this:
http://www.classrides.com/calendar05/calendar.html

and some follow up or response from an inquiry:

Nov Fri 28 Laguna Seca** Monterey, CA $395

...got an almost immediate response:

>Hi Frederick,
>
>Thanks for checking in with us. We do have some space open in Laguna Seca
>next month and can take a group of 3 or 4 riders. We don't normally rent
>bikes but can occasionally do it. But you have to talk to Reg and get it
>approved. Have you ever been to CLASS or ridden at Laguna before? The reason
>I ask is if you haven't been to CLASS before, we usually won't rent one out,
>but it may be worth a chat.
>
>If you guys can make it it's very important that you get signed up right
>away to make sure your space is reserved. Thanks and if you'd like to get
>signed up, go ahead and do it online, and if you'd like to talk to Reg about
>a bike rental, please call us at (805) 933-9936. Cheers, Gigi

when i asked for a ball park what bikes cost to rent. :

> Sure, we charge $395 plus the school, so on Friday it would be $790 (bike
> plus CLASS). If you get 4 guys let's talk about maybe giving you a group
> rate. That's smaller than the usual number for group discounts, but I'm on
> a mission to finish filling the school this week :) Cheers, Gigi

so who knows...they may knock off 15-20%. i.e. ride your own bike
and the cost gets down around $350ish.

but before i get too far, is anybody here 1. available that date and 2. care
to pony up the $. btw i'm interested in the NOT haironfire racer group A.
..but what they're calling "B" group - more conservative riders.

we can overnight night before/after at my family's place in carmel valley
...about 25-30 minutes from the track via laureles grade to absorb alchohol
and lick our wounds while we reassemble our shattered egos.

i'm giving myself a thursday deadline, so sing out if you're interested asap.

Hhhhhmmm!!! think about it, you don't have to drop your own bike.
Just kidding folks!

Dont you think that should be in another post? But thanks for the heads up to CVR, Our day is only $300, has free instruction, and bikes are always available for rent. The bikes are limited but alot of our east coast customers fly into Monterey and just ride. We call this our RockStar group!!!
