What does everyone typically run? For those race guys, what do you run on the track, compared to on the street? If any difference at all.

It varies on type of bike and tire. High 20's or Low 30's is pretty common for track days. Street, any where between 30-40

I ran 31 front 29 rear at Buttonwillow, which was the recommended setting.

I run 34 front 33 rear on the street. If I were commuting I'd probably increase it a bit for tire life.

Edit: those are cold pressures for what it's worth.

It depends on the tire, some are designed to work at lower pressures than others. I would call track tire service that supplied the brand of tire you use and ask them. The more info you give them the more accurate their suggestion would be.

for instance on Dunlop Sportmax GP's I ran 30/30 and on Michelin Pilot Race I ran 29/22. These are the pressures that were suggested by the tire supplier and they both worked great.

It is dependent on the tire, they are all different.
