Donations:

The family as said they would appreciate our help financially. We are still working out ways for us to raise funds, but if any of you would like to donate financially now, you can do so via paypal using our donation system. Until further notice, all donations made to the forum will go to Sergio's family. When we get something setup I will make sure whatever funds we receive through paypal will go directly to the family.

Services:

Visitations will be on 9/11 from 2-8pm at Yost & Webb Funeral Home; 1002 T Street, Fresno, CA 93721-1418, (559) 237-4147 (Map).

Rosary will be at 6:30pm on the same day at the same location.

Mass will be held on 9/12 at 10:30am at St. Johns Cathedral; 2814 Mariposa St., Fresno, CA 93721-1391, (559) 485-6210 (Map).

Immediately following the Mass is his burial which will be at Belmont Memorial Park (Map).

The family extends an invitation to all services to anyone that would like to attend.

BK how do you think we should arrive at the funeral? 30 people pulling in on bikes is going to have a definite effect on those family members attending.

Personally, I would never ride to something like this unless it was a specific request by the family.

We will try to find out how they would feel about seeing bikes at his services.

I rode with Sergio Lopez once last year. He is a pleasant and unassuming man. Though I did not know him well I'll miss that kind of influence.
