Raffle in Honor of Kyle

I said I was going to ask for a donation during the track day, but Matt, Aaron and myself thought it would not be a great idea to bring up a fatal motorcycle incident right before a track day.

So......


What we all decided (Adrian's idea) is Matt and Aaron, on behalf of TI2TT, will be donating a track day to be raffled off with ALL the proceeds going to Kyle's family. I believe $10 per raffle is a fair amount in light of the recent money donations that have been set up. Feel free to purchase as many raffles tickets as you please.

I am still working on an idea how,when or where to conduct this raffle. I was thinking I would put your name, how ever many times you purchased a ticket, down on a Excel spread sheet and then draw the name.

Please if anyone has any ideas or suggestion please post them up I am open.

WOW! Man you guys have a great idea there, and I'm awestruck by the generosity of Aaron, Matt, and all of the TI2TT guys, well actually by every ones generosity. TI2TT will definitely be my organization of choice for future track days as well!

I really don't have any idea's for you on how to coordinate the raffle, sorry not my forte, but you can put me down for 4 tickets Bryan :D. Thanks again and great idea. :cool:

Hey what about tomorrow or sunday(can be done real early in the morning)? before the ride we can get some of those little tickets stubs putting in a container and draw the winner

I'd sell tickets for a few days, if possible... the more time to sell, the more $$ will be taken in. :)

Yes and No Kendra did say that we need the money upfront but if can't come out with the money right away someones its going to put it in a credit card, but that person will need to be reimburse for the money, i need to double check with Kendra for sure.

This is what I was thinking I would do. Jeremy said he can get a roll of tickets, the ones with two side by side. When you purchase the tickets I will write your name on the one ticket and put the other one in a box to be drawn later bot of course have corresponding numbers.

it a difficult thing but, sergio is right with that but when ever we get the money that is find because i think everything is going to be all right. just do what you want to do ok.
