yeah they are street legal... anything that was legal before the law went into effect, are, and always will be legal...

besides that, their are brand new 2 stroke scooters legal in cal., and YSR's are basically a scooter...

yes, they are street legal, depending if you can actually find one that is. Here is a video of my boyfriend on Loco's YSR.

Well i cant seem to get the code right, just go to youtube and put in Fresno YSR in the search. It's fun to watch.
