I thought I'd share my wife and I's ride last week.

Wife and I went on a ride through Joshua Tree National Park.

I ride an 06 Ninja ZX6R and she rides a brand new Ninja 250.

oh man Wilson's ate my lunch on it because I had to have one of the very first ones. I paid $4400 after taxes. Don't worry, Clawsen's is only marking them up $500!

That's a fair deal considering the bikes MSRP is $3500 (Just looked it up).

On the 250 you would get a better price going down to Visalia to GA motorsports. I got my wife one 3 weeks ago with a seat cowl for 4100 out the door.

Wow didn't expect this thread to get raised from the dead!

We love the 250. It's a good bike at a better price, in my opinion. There are lots of reviews of it on the web at this point and they've all been very positive.

I also ride to 08 Kawi 250. Its a great bike to learn on. I have had a lot fun on it so far. For a guy my size, at times it seems to be not enough horsepower. But I am still a new rider and learning how to ride will so I guess it is better for me. Its a great bang for the buck.:dblthumb2:
