I cant for the life of me remember what the red and white curb is called on the track. can someone tell me its name please. or tell me a good link to find track nomeclature.

I think it's called rumble strips....

At least in auto racing, that's what they are called

Yes, rumble strip. They come in 2 varieties. Red & White which you usually do not want to hit cause they are a little big for a bike and then there are the Yellow and Balck or Blue and White which just make a little noise when you run over them. The colors are not a golden rule but this has been my experience. Those you can run over and those you aviod at all costs.

"Tiger Teeth" is another common name for them...

Good hanging with you guys at Reno Fernley! Sorry about the incidents and I hope everyone is ok. Bikes are replaceable etc etc etc. Wish we could have caught up for a few beers afterwards as we owed you guys for the Chinese Food lunch. Thanks a bunch and we will hope to see at least some of you at Willow for our final event of the year!!
