I know it's not winter yet but it will come soon . It's not a bike but I already did that last winter. And I always need a winter project. I found this down in LA area and have always loved these boats but just couldn't make myself spend the money for a nice one ( BIG BUCKS  ) and this one was CHEAP!! If you know boats you will know by looking what it is , if not it's a 21 ft Eliminator / Daytona with a Mercury black max 300 outboard motor, 300 hp V6 2 stroke (why dont thay put these motors in a bike:D) When done it should be a 100+ mph boat :D:D:D:D I LOVE IT !!!

Things it needs
new interior/seats
new control cables
compleat tune up/service on motor
tires/for trailer
lot's and lot's of cleaning
and lot's of little things I haven't noticed yet

So if any of you know a good outboard mechanic or upolsterer let me know.

I have always used Ed's Marine. He did all the work on my boat (however it is an in/out) But he was always very honest and nice!

Coming from PA I find this comment funny... Is there even winters here? I am used to 4 feet of snow...

The back seat before and the front seat after. Both looked the same.
