seat question?

i ride a kawa 900 cruiser, and from what i can find, everyone who has one complains about the seat... including me... 50+ and im done thought i would first try some padding and go from there ... you all have way more experiance than i so what do you think??? thanks MG

There are several vendors that sell Gel seat Pads that rest ubder your seat fabric/covers. Try the above site for one sample.

Ooops! that might not be the best example as theirs are external pads, but if you search I know they're out there.

I've heard the gel seats get SERIOUSLY hot in the summer, and was advised not to bother with them on another forum... but don't have any personal experience with them myself. :cool:

thanks for the referral to the web site they had some really nice things, prices were resonable and there in so.cal just e-mailed them for some recommendations for seat pads and luggage... my wife and i would like to do some over nighters(1-3 day) rides...
